Zumba Fitness
This dance/fitness class brings the rhythms and sounds of latin salsa, merengue, and hip-hop together with exotic movements to create a fun aerobic workout that is exhilarating and good for weight loss.
Special pricing applies.

Hatha Flow
A balance of strength building and stretching combined with vinyasa flow (sun salutations) this class is beginner friendly and open to all levels.
Restorative Yoga
This class relaxes the body in restful yoga postures. Often supported by soft props, restorative yoga provides a lengthened opportunity to renew and heal the body. Benefits include lower heart rate and blood pressure, improved blood sugar levels and better digestion.
Ki-Gong Energy Training
From the ancient Korean Martial Arts this class teaches methods of accumulating and circulating Ki (Chi) energy in the body to achieve higher levels of health and well being.


Yoga Basics
Designed to establish a firm foundation for yoga practice and promote strength and flexibility throughout the body. Introduces all aspects of a well rounded yoga practice.
Kundalini Yoga
An ancient form of yoga brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan using breath and movement to awaken and purify energy flowing in the spine. Classes include chanting, a vigorous work-out and meditation.
Afternoon Yoga
These classes are ideal for working professionals. Meditative flowing movements for flexibility and strength are followed by relaxation to revive and energize.
Yoga for Longevity & Well-being
These gentle classes blend the healthful benefits of breathwork with stretching, toning and tapping to release stress, improve digestion, enhance circulation. This class will help you rediscover and expand physical and mental strength and energy.
Intro to Ashtanga Short Form
Ashtanga, a traditional yoga system, is composed of a fixed series of postures linked together to create a powerful, vigorous flow. The short form is an abbreviated version of the full practice and includes a sampling from the Ashtanga full series to create strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
